"We", "us" and "our" in this page refer to ManCaveMavericks. "You" and "your" in this page refer to participants of activities, volunteers, patrons, clients and customers of ManCaveMavericks.

1. You must be 18 years and above.

2. For male participants only.

3. You should ensure that you are physically fit for the activities that you registered for.

4. You understand that most of the participants and facilitators are LGBT and you are agreeable to that.

5. You understand that although most of the participants and facilitators are LGBT, some could also be straights and/or non LGBT and you are agreeable to that. 

6. We reserve the right to refuse clients, participants or service to anyone.

7. Submission of your registration(s) does not guarantee that your registration(s) will be accepted.

8. We shall not be held accountable for the consequences should there be any issues such as stalkers, relationship complications, release of personal contacts, spouse, parents etc. faced by participants.

9. Meetings and activities are conducted at a person's home and sometimes in rented places and public venues.

10. You are fully responsibility for your safety and/or, i.e. we shall not be held accountable for your safety and/or injury at any times - during all activities, meetings, outings etc.

11. You are responsible for any and all acts and/or omissions on your part which may result in injury or damage to yourselves or third parties. You specifically agree to hold us free and harmless from any and all claims arising out of any such act or omission.

12. You understand that at times, due to giving the maximum number of people the opportunity to experience an event, you could be given a time limit in your participation.

13. You are reminded that some activities are located in public areas which are shared with people of all ages, backgrounds and sensibilities. You are expected to consider this diversity and respect the sensibilities of others.

14. You will take full responsibilities should your conduct, behavior and/or your outfit causes harm, annoyance, provokes or is perceived as vulgar to other party/parties who wish to take action against you.

15. We seek to provide an atmosphere conducive to the best of each activity. To this end, an effort will be made if necessary in seeking your cooperation to ensure the activity area is free from disruptive sounds, images, odors, behaviors, language, etc. If need to, we reserve the right to dismiss (without any fees refund) anyone with uncooperative behavior to ensure the comforts of other patrons.

16. We reserve the right to remove (without any fees refund) from the activities, any person(s) of inappropriate behavior and/or any person(s) deem to be offensive and/or a hindrance to the progress of the activity as determined by us.

17. Any reproduction, broadcast, or commercial use of any portion of the activities, in whole or in part, in any form without prior consent from ManCaveMavericks is prohibited.

18. Any property placed at the activity areas or premises of ManCaveMavericks are at the sole risk of the participant. ManCaveMavericks will not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage to the participant’s property.

19. You will not at any point of the activities bring out, display or discuss any topic that is political, controversial, insensitive to the race and/or religion, nationality of others.

20. All fees non-refundable except in cases where the activity does not take place for which your fee will be fully refunded.
